We know that service availability is important to our customers, and that
knowing in advance about impending maintenance is helpful for supporting
your users. As part of work to standardize the schedule for updates to the
collaboration services operated by ISC, we will generally focus our efforts
and maintenance in the following way throughout the year:
- Fall and Spring: Enhancements to local applications and vendor software
- Winter and Summer: Upgrades to new software releases, significant
infrastructure changes

Zimbra Service Alert
iCal Problems

There is a known problem updating Zimbra calendars with the version of iCal that ships with Snow Leopard (Mac OS 10.6). For more information, you can read this thread of the Zimbra forums.
Exchange Service Alert
9/11/2009 - There is a temporary solution for iPhone 3G and original iPhone users affected by the OS 3.1 update to restore connectivity to ISC's Exchange service while a more permanent solution is explored. There are more details.
