Update: 10/5/2015, 12:15pm - Things have stablized for the Zimbra service including ZWC. We suspect that there were network problems for one group of users that resulted in looping of bad requests to connect that started eating up resources for everyone. We are still investigating.
10/5/2015, 11:30am - We are seeing intermittent problems connecting to the Zimbra Webmail Client. Some users have been able to connect using ZWC after multiple attempts and we are hearing that users are not experiencing problems using an SMTP client like Thunderbird. We are looking for the root cause of this degradation in service and will send updates as we have them.
