Spring 2000 - Web Authoring Requirements for Basic and Advanced Users

    The matrix below was developed by team member Joe Harris and reviewed in our last meeting. It outlines the differences between the needs and skills of basic HTML user and those of an Advanced HTML user. This matrix represents the starting point from which our testing perspecive is to be based.

    A basic user and basic users needs, for our purposes, are presumed to match the skills and concepts in the "Basic" column. An advanced user is presumed to have proficiency in the basic skills and at least one skill from the "Advanced" column.
