March 16, 2004 Agenda/Meeting Minutes

Agenda:
-- Edit 2003 Criteria to establish the 2004 Criteria.
-- Assign Products to be evaluated to specific team members.
-- Establish a Timeline for the project.
-- Edit the 2003 Evaluation Test Script.

Meeting Minutes:
-- Discussed changes from the 2003 criteria to 2004
-Netscape and Mozilla do LDAP directory lookups (Ph is going away)
-Supported Browser/Email Bundles (including Newsreaders) need to be checked with the Web Browser Team (Rob has contacted the Browser co-leads regarding this)
-Palm/Pocket PC should be moved away from criteria and placed solely into the Test Script along with PGP/GPG
-Email/PDA syncing should also be checked with PDA team
-Mark Sirota should send the AAA link and info to Rob and Steve
-Anyone else can send related info and resources to be added to the criteria page to Rob and Steve

-- Decided to assign products after we've finished editing the Test Script

-- No changes to the Timeline

-- Script Eval:
We are removing unnecessary and redundant questions from the test script and compacting it to a more relevant format. A comment section will be more important. Ranking will be changed to Rating. To be
