Microsoft-Apple clients compatibility with various University's mail servers
Compliance with the critical host policy using Penn Supported email clients

We discussed the Criteria and agreed to edit it at next week's meeting.
Mark Sirota agreed to edit last year's Eval Group's Criteria which we will discuss next week.

Proposed 2004 Criteria

4. Discuss Test Script Editing

We agreed that the 2003 test script could be pared down quite a bit and that the best means to edit the script was to have each member of the team read the script before the next meeting. Each team member is asked to bring with them any suggested script edits to the our next meeting. It was decided we will edit the script during the next meeting.

5. Proposed Timeline

We did not have time to do this and will discuss this in the upcoming meeting.

March 9-16 ------------- Eval Test Script Analysis
March 16-23 ----------- Eval Test Script Editing
March 23-April 20 ----Product Evaluation and Documentation
April 20 ----------------- Eval Conclusions
April 20-27 ------------- Putting final report together

6. Product Selection

We did not have time to do this and will discuss this in the upcoming meeting.

7. Questions/Additional Concerns
