- Pilot “baseline” service with non-residential customers.
- Determine/develop/deploy 1-2 other tiers of service
- Continue tracking commercial billing for bandwidth programs to determine if more mature products appear.
- Seek new monies from the NPTF in the $100k range for FY’04 to do regular “snapshots” of intensive bandwidth users to have hard data for further analysis and develop tiered service models.
