Network Planning Task Force (NPTF)

The Network Planning Task Force meets regularly to discuss and resolve issues surrounding the planning and funding of PennNet, gaining broad agreement on the cost of networking services that ISC provides the University. Participants include technology and business staff as well as leaders from the faculty, student body, and administration. Providers and customers work as partners relying on a continuous improvement approach to seek maximum cost-effectiveness and a high degree of customer satisfaction. By utilizing this approach, the resulting funding model for each academic year is meaningful in measurable terms to everyone participating in the process.
