SSN Change Input Table - Data Element Index

The SSN Change Input table contains information to effect SSN changes for Member of the Penn Community. SSN changes are either corrections, or additional information on SSNs (such as a foreign student who had been assigned a faux SSN by PENN obtaining a real Social Security Administration number).

NAME Indexed - no Format - varchar2 (50) May be null? yes	The name of the individual as submitted by the Source of the SSN change information. top
NEW_SSN Indexed - no Format - varchar2 (9) May be null? yes	Corrected, or additional (real) SSN. top
OLD_SSN Indexed - no Format - varchar2 (9) May be null? yes	The current SSN as held in Penn Community, for the particular Source of SSN data. top
SOURCE Indexed - no Format - number (10) May be null? no	The Source system (UPHS, SRS, Payroll) or online Operator id responsible for the new information. top
