Beginning FY2003, building entrance equipment will be on a four-year replacement cycle. Currently, 50% of buildings have Fast Ethernet (100 Mbps).
Routers and network servers are on a three-year replacement cycle.
The Penn Express Modem Pool is no longer operating after 6/30/2002.
