• The CSF will subsidize 800 public labs connections in FY2003.

• The growth rate in IP addresses from the schools/centers is projected to increase by 2000 addresses per year from FY2003-07.

• 4% annual increases for N&T IT staff that include annual performance increases, equity increases, bonuses, promotions and reclassifications are projected from FY2003-07.
