- Deliver high-bandwidth connectivity for research and academic community.
- Work closely with research and academic community on high bandwidth projects and applications.
- Use as lower-cost alternative for Internet traffic to other I2 members.
- Develop additional strategies for lowering Penn’s I2 costs.
