Work with your school or center’s Local Support Providers (LSP) to find out what assistance is available to you for working from home.  If you don’t know who your LSP is, visit the Primary Support Services page to find out. 

In most cases, the level of support offered for home computers is very limited.  If you need additional computing support, consider privately contracting with an IT firm which can provide support.  Visit Home Computing Support for Penn Faculty & Staff for a recommendation.
