PennNet (data only) Installations and Support

The Client Services Group provides PennNet installation assistance and support for students living in Sansom Place East and West. All other on-campus students should request help from their ITA for assistance with PennNet issues. Students requiring assistance with the network port(s) in their room can contact First Call to obtain assistance.

Staff and Faculty in Resnet College Houses should contact their LSP.
