How to download Statements received in Email to Excel

  • Highlight the area of the bill you want to paste into Excel
  • Choose "copy" from the edit menu
  • Open Excel and select "paste special" from the edit menu
  • Choose text and click ok
  • Highlight Column A and choose "text to columns" from the Data menu
  • Click finish
