LAN Consulting Services
ISC LAN Technology Services provides for fee LAN consulting services.
Our consultants can provide assistance to Local Support Providers and server
administrators in every stage of Windows Active Directory domain planning,
migration and deployment in a physical or virtual environment. Throughout
the project we work with LSPs and server administrators to transfer knowledge
and assist in documentation. For University units that do not have server
administrators we also offer file server maintenance agreements.
LAN File Server Accounts
ISC sells LAN accounts and server space to departments or individuals that
require LAN accounts but do not want the overhead associated with maintaining
their own server.
Meeting Maker accounts
Meeting Maker (MM) is an enterprise calendaring application that is currently in use by a small group of users.
ISC expects to retire the Meeting Maker service by mid- December 2008. For more information please send email to magida@isc.

Secure Remote Access
The Secure Remote Access service provides a method for Mac and Windows remote
and local users a secure common web based interface to Windows file sharing
and applications. This service integrates seamlessy with existing existing
Active Directory account management.
Hardware Firewall Security
Consultants available to provide hardware firewall recommendations, network
design, appliance configuration, maintenance, back-up, high-availability and
disaster recovery. Our consultants coordinate with ISC Networking and Telecommunications
for determining bandwidth utilization and VLAN installations.

PCnet
The PC Networking Team, or "PCnet" Team, is open to any University personnel
who support PCs in network environments. Monthly team meetings, email list,
and web site provide forums for the discussion of PC (Windows) networking
issues pertinent to Penn's campus.
MacNet
The Macintosh Networking Team, or "MacNet" Team, is open to any University
personnel who support Macintoshes in network environments. Monthly team
meetings, email list, and web site provide forums for the discussion of
Macintosh networking issues pertinent to Penn's campus.
