Domain Controller and File Server Maintenance Agreements
For University units that do not have server administrators we also offer domain controllers and file
server maintenance agreements. The agreements cover:
- Initial review of domain design and security
- Install and maintain operating system updates and patches.
- Administer anti-virus managed server
- Monitor security policies, event logs, and services
- Provide and maintain back-up solution
- Provide hardware technical support
- Monitor software firewall
- Monitor hardware firewall appliance is available for an additional fee
File server maintenance agreement are charged at a monthly rate which ranges
from $440 to $770 a month depending on the option selected.

Regular file server maintenance with IIS installed where there is no Local
Support Provider providing basic, day-to-day account administration |
$ 770 per month |
- OPTION A & B: A Local Support Provider is responsible for basic, day-to-day
account administration
- OPTION C & D: ISC handles day-to-day account administration
