Details
Port activation rates are the same for 10Base-T and 100Base-T connections.
Activations usually also include labor
charges.
PennNet Phone and traditional voice service activation includes one-time charges from Verizon for
new or relocated lines ($45/line) and a one-time charge for technician
labor and
materials.
* PennNet Phone Line Activation fees are waived for FY 2010 and FY 2011 for existing traditional customers converting to PennNet Phone.
** VoIP port conversion and activation fees are waived for FY 2010 and FY 2011 for existing traditional customers converting to PennNet Phone.
The Video Outlet Activation fee covers video ports already installed in a
building. Please note that not all campus buildings have a video network infrastructure.
