Listserv Lists
To communicate quickly with large groups of people, you may want to send a single
email message to all of them simultaneously. Our listserv
service allows you to accomplish this and provides additional list maintenance
features.
Voicemail Distribution Lists
Voicemail distribution lists can be used to send messages to groups of voicemail
users. Each person with a voice mailbox has the ability to set up his/her own
lists - fifteen lists with up to 25 members each - free. To set up a larger list,
send an email request to our customer service team, and they will set up the distribution list for you.
Video Bulletin Board
Inform students of an upcoming program or event using Penn Video Network's Video Bulletin Board. The service is Free. Simply request a message online. The service requires 5 days advanced notice, and you may include your own graphics and message content. Messages are broadcast in continuous rotation 24 hours a day via the Penn Video Network on Channel 2.
