Strategic Plan: 1996-2000

Computing is vital to every aspect of Penn's mission. The efforts of Penn's Office of Information Systems will be felt not only in the technology goal of Penn's Agenda for Excellence , but in each of the other goals as well. This may be the last University strategic plan, in fact, in which it is even possible to isolate a goal that treats information technology separately from the other activities of the University.

As a World Wide Web site, ISC's strategic plan is indeed a living document--with links to details and to projects that will evolve over time.
