Penn Information Systems and Computing (ISC) values our employees and believes in recognizing those “key” employees whose extra efforts, exemplary performance, and key contributions have provided significant support toward the success of ISC’s Mission, Vision, and Values.

Our Key Employee Recognition Program takes its name from Ben Franklin's kite and key experiment, which conducted electricity— and created a spark!

The Key program provides a means for colleagues within ISC, as well as others across campus, to recognize and say “Thanks” for outstanding performance by ISC staff.

ISC’s Mission

ISC’s Vision
