SEO is comprised of the following functional areas.

Technical Services, which has subject matter experts in Mainframe, AIX,Solaris, HP-UX, LINUX,Windows,San disk ('The Shark') and backup and recovery services.

Database Group oversees several database schemas including Adabase,Oracle,and Mysql as well as perform project management functions.

Operations consists of the following functional areas, Customer service (password resets , tape management and deliveries) Production Control for batch processing (Zeke) and system monitoring, Facilities Management, and Printing.

Disaster Recovery does offsite recovery, planning, service level agreements, and offsite redundancy
