Custom Courses

Technology Training Services offers customized courses to help you meet your specialized training needs and obtain the right type of training for your department or organization:

• TTS can work directly with departments to develop and tailor course content for very specific needs and business processes. Browse our available courses and contact us to discuss how we can work with you to meet your training needs. Custom classes start at $1425 per day for typical Windows office productivity software.  For groups of eight or more, this represents a savings from the pre-negotiated Penn pricing for open enrollment classes provided by ONLC.
• We may be able to add a course if our scheduled courses do not meet your needs. Courses added by request are subject to the same minimum enrollments and pricing as regular open enrollment classes.       
• Through our partnership with ONLC, we can provide skills assessments to help individuals and departments define their training needs and establish clear and precise training goals.  Our services include:
  •  IT skills assessment
  •  Focus sessions on work processes and software use
  • Specialized training recommendations
  • Course selection guidance
