After installing the email software from the PennConnect DVD, do the following:

Personalize Your Email

1. Get instructions on how to configure Thunderbird (Macintosh, or Windows), Mail (Mac OS 10.4.x and Mac OS 10.5.x), Outlook 2003 (Windows), and Outlook 2007 (Windows).
2. If you're not sure which email software you should use, contact your School, department, or Local Support Provider (LSP).

Download Supported Media Players

QuickTime, RealPlayer 10, Flip4Mac, and Windows Media Player are not automatically installed from the PennConnect DVD. They can be downloaded from the Supported Media Players web page. After installation, a plug-in for each application will be installed for each web browser on your hard drive.
