My PennKey doesn't work.

Alumni

You can test your PennKey with the Test My PennKey application.

If the Test My PennKey application confirms it is not working:

  • If you forgot your PennKey password and are enrolled in the PennKey Recovery Service (Challenge-Response), use Reset PennKey Password.
  • Otherwise, visit PennKey-ASAP for alumni-specific PennKey information.

Faculty/Staff

You can test your PennKey with the Test My PennKey application.

If the Test My PennKey application confirms it is not working:

  • If you forgot your PennKey password and are enrolled in the PennKey Recovery Service (Challenge-Response), use Reset PennKey Password.
  • Otherwise, see I Need a PennKey to reset your PennKey using PennKey Registration.

If you need further assistance with your PennKey, please contact your Local Support Provider (LSP).

 

Guests
