PennKey Administrators are trained employees in schools and centers that may have the ability to create persistent & non-persistent PennKeys, generate PennKey Setup Codes, and/or view a variety of PennKey related information in PennCommunity.
Becoming a PennKey Administrator
PennKey Administrators are appointed by school/center IT Directors or senior management and must be trained by ISC's Data Administration group. Currently each school or center is allowed two PennKey Administrators.

- PennNames: Pennkey Administrators are not necessarily PennNames Administrators (support providers who have been appointed in schools and centers to help resolve issues with PennNames) although they can be the same person. If you are interested in becoming a PennNames administrator please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
- PennKey Bulk Upload: Authorized PennKey Administrators can create Non-Persistent Guest PennKeys in batches daily. Administrators must be authorized by their school/center IT Directors or senior management and must be trained by ISC's Data Administration group in the bulk-upload interface.
