The Page (or Printing) Setup menu, located under Netscape's File menu, makes available several useful settings for keeping track of printed information. You can set headers and footers that show the current date, URL, document title, and page number on the pages you print out. Additional options on the Page Setup menu vary according to platform (Macintosh or Windows) and the version of Netscape you are using.

Check out the latest additions to the Penn web developers site. They have a new page explaining how to control the color of text globally using the BODY tag ("Controlling color using the BODY tag"), one on controlling specific pieces of text using the FONT tag ("Controlling type specifications using the FONT tag"), and one on "Standard color codes and names in HTML".

If you get a busy signal when trying to connect to PennNet, check the web document "PennNet via Modem," which contains a series of tips for getting connected to PennNet. If you just want to get in and out quickly, don't forget to try the express modem pool (573-9773).

If you want to configure Elm options or change Elm environmental variables, check out the terrific FAQ (frequently asked questions) page from SAS. Although the FAQ was compiled for SAS students, it contains useful information for other faculty, staff, and students using Elm. The last question on the page links to a list of general information about Elm available on the Penn Web and elsewhere.
