Provider Desk Service Overview

In addition to providing email and telephone support to Penn's LSP community, Provider Desk staff produce a number of products and services to help LSPs do their jobs. These include the annual production and distribution of the PennConnect DVD, annual and special editions of the Provider Toolkit (formerly the ProDVD), Antivirus Response, ProAlert voicemail notification, and the Standards Lab.
