Virus Response

Several members of the ProDesk family make up Penn's Virus Response team. In addtion to managing the relationship with Symantec, our preferred AV software vendor, the team researches new virus threats daily. The Virus Response team issues alerts to the Penn IT community when viruses or worms threaten campus.

A comprehensive alerts page is maintained to provide Local Support Providers with a wealth of reference material on current and past outbreaks.
