Internet Explorer 8 & 9 (Windows)

Microsoft released Internet Explorer 9 for Windows on March 15th, 2011 and shortly therafter began to pushing Internet Explorer 9 out to computers running Windows 7 and Windows Vista via Automatic Update. Note that Internet Explorer 9 is not available for Windows XP or previous versions of Windows.

Information Systems & Computing (ISC) strongly suggests that users refrain from installing Internet Explorer 9 if they are using Oracle EPM/Hyperion, OASIS, or Health System applications.

Microsoft's Internet Explorer is among several web browsers in use on campus for Windows.

Windows 8 Compatibility

Both versions of Internet Explorer 10 (Modern/tiled and classic) are integrated and compatible with Windows 8. Warnings above that apply to Internet Explorer 9 also apply to Internet Explorer 10.
