Mozilla.org's Firefox is a University supported and recommended web browser for Windows and Mac OS. To use Firefox you need access to PennNet. Important notes: A number of administrative systems, including BEN Financials and Penn Benefits Enrollment, require the use of Internet Explorer for supported access to their products. BEN Application users should refer to the BEN Desktop Standards Document for further information.
DownloadFirefox is distributed free of charge to members of the Penn community. Firefox is available for download using your PennKey and password. Mac OSClick on the download link below. The file will automatically unzip and place an installer on the desktop. Double-click the installer icon and follow the on-screen instructions accepting the defaults. After you finish, you can delete the installation file(s) from the desktop.
WindowsClick on the download link below. In the "Save As" window, create or go to the directory in which you want to save the file and click "Save". Open this directory, double-click the installation file, and follow the on-screen instructions accepting the defaults. After you finish, you can delete the installation file.
