Supported Media Players

Penn supports two media players; Apple's QuickTime and Microsoft's Windows Media Player (along with its Mac OS equivelant, Flip4Mac).

Apple's QuickTime is available from their web pages for Mac OS and Windows. For more information on QuickTime, see the University's QuickTime product page.

Microsoft's Windows Media Player 12 ships as standard on Windows 7 and Windows Media Player 11 ships as standard on Windows Vista. For Windows XP, Windows Media Player 11 is available for download here. For Mac OS users who need to play back Windows Media files, Microsoft suggests Flip4Mac.
