BEN Financials: Local Support Provider Information

BEN Financials requires users to have web client software on their desktops. You can obtain the software and instructions for updating desktops at the locations listed below.

• Client software and installation instructions, including troubleshooting tips are located atBEN (Business Enterprise Network) Desktop Requirements, Setup, and Documentation and on CD, which is available to Local Support Providers at the Computing Resource Center in Sansom Place West.

• Advisories and useful suggestions for using BEN Financials are located at www.finance.upenn.edu/ben/benfin/advisories.shtml.

• Instructions for configuring Excel to work with data exported from BEN Financials are on the web at http://www.finance.upenn.edu/ben/benfin/desktop_req/config-excel.shtml.
