Update: Lenovo ThinkPad T60

Important Note: this product is no longer current. Lenovo's ThinkPad T410 and ThinkPad T410s 14-inch widescreens occupy the equivalent place in their current product line.  [July 7, 2010]

October 23rd, 2006

Lenovo has announced updates to it's flagship ThinkPad T60 line that feature the Core 2 Duo chipset. Information Systems & Computing (ISC) does not believe that the Core 2 Duo is necessary for all new T60 purchasers, though it may be worth investigating for users who run high-end applications (in particular for users who are interested in purchasing the T60p).
