Microsoft Security Bulletin MS03-039 , which contains a patch for #824146, supercedes and also contains a fix for the DCOM RPC vulnerability in #823980. Since ProCD Special Edition 2 contains the #824146 patch, this renders ProCD Special Edition 1 obsolete.
