Provider Tools Overview

Penn's Local Support Providers (LSPs) and IT professionals use a variety of software and utilities to help further the missions of the organizations to which they provide support. To assist with the implementation and use of these "Provider Tools", ISC's Provider Desk staff are committed to maintaining an understanding of them and providing best-effort support for these products.

Provider Tools are meant to be a repository of knowledge, support information, vendor contacts and other data for software products that are known to be commonly used by LSPs across campus.
