Model for Computing Services
Penn's structure for delivering computing services across the University
was implemented in March 1996. This created a more effective computing
environment making computing easier and more cost-effective for those who
use it. A University task force designed the new model in the fall
of 1995. The most recent version of the model, below, reflects
the work of a pilot
projects and a 1999 committee (R+3, Computing Restructuring 3 years
later), which reviewed and re-affirmed the model.
