Task Force to Restructure Computing across Penn

In the fall of 1995 a campus-wide task force designed a new structure for organizing, staffing, and funding computing services across Penn. Our charge was to make computing easier and more cost-effective for those who use it. Pilot projects continue to test and extend the new model.
