Campus Computing Labs
University of Pennsylvania Public Access Computer Labs
Penn's public access campus computing labs are open to all faculty, students
and staff with valid Penn IDs. Special departmental labs, which provide very restricted
access, are not considered public access and do not appear on the campus labs
list. Click on the links below for more detailed information regarding the systems, software, and services available in each lab.
College House Computing Labs, commonly known as ResLabs has 15 locations throughout the College House system. They have approximately 210 PC and MAC workstations.
The University of Pennsylvania Library provides over 190 public workstations to access collections, information, resources, and services in support of the University's learning, teaching, and research mission. In addition, wireless laptop computers are available to be checked out and used within several of the Penn Libraries. Students, faculty, and staff with a current, valid PennCard can check out a laptop for a four hour loan period.
The School of Arts and Sceinces has three public computer labs, with approximately 78 computers, located in the David Rittenhouse Labs and McNeil buildings.
CETS has computer labs located in both the Towne and Moore Buildings. There are currently a total of 4 PC labs available for use, with over 65 computers. A scanner, email, and laptop docking stations are also available.
The School of Nursing's computing lab is located in Claire M. Fagin Hall. There are 26 computers available.
