What's New in Telecommunications Services?

  • The PennNet Phone Web Service (PPS) will have the capability to schedule the Call Forward feature to turn on/off based on the time of day and the day of the week. (e.g. Call Forward to a cell phone between 5:00pm and 8:30am)
  • When PennNet Phones are not connected to the network, all calls will be directed to voice mail or to a selected call forward destination. This service improves the caller's experience when telephone support providers have a need to move PennNet Phones from one location to another.
  • For PennNet Phone users with more than one line on their set, if they have a need to place a call on hold to make a new call, the New Call soft key will automatically place the call from the phone's primary telephone number.
