ACD Contact Center services are customized to fit the unique needs of individual clients. For a consultation and demonstration of available features and services, please send your request to acdweb@isc.upenn.edu. In your request include the following:

• Name


• Phone number


• Email address


• A brief description of the service you provide, the types of phone calls received, the type of customer support provided, and the number of employees engaged in customer contact by phone.

Example: We sell tickets to events on campus, and answer the same questions frequently, we also have complaints of people getting busy signals when they try to call us. We have two main telephone numbers and 6 people that regularly answer phones. We are closed on all University holidays.
