Lines and Telephones: Other & Discontinued Equipment

Other Equipment Options

N&T does occasionally use alternative phone sets (Nortel's Norstar sets, for example) to meet special customer requirements. If you need assistance in determining which phone is best for you or would like to hear more about our alternate equipment options, call or write to our customer service team (746-6000 or service-requests@isc.upenn.edu) and ask to speak with a Voice Consultant.

Old, Discontinued Equipment

Many campus departments use older telephone equipment, mainly Eagle and Extrom sets. The manufacturers have discontinued these sets. ISC Networking and Telecommunications will continue to support this equipment but will not relocate them or increase their system size. Departments with this older equipment who need additional service or relocation should contact our customer service team at 746-6000 or service-requests@isc.upenn.edu.
