PennNet Phone Emergency Dialing

Warning: Below is important information concerning the current policy and usage of PennNet Phone and 911/511 emergency dialing.

All PennNet Phone subscribers must read, sign, date, and return the VOICE OVER INTERNET PROTOCOL (VOIP) TERMS OF SERVICE agreement to ISC's Networking & Telecommunications. Your LSP will facilitate this process and will return the forms to ISC for you.

Please note that by signing this agreement you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of the agreement and the limitations of the 911 services provided with the PennNet Phone Service, as described in the Terms of Service.

You may want to review the agreement from time to time at this site.

In addition, your Cisco IP handset will come equipped with a 911/511 Service Notice label. Do not remove this label from your handset.
