OMS Online Ordering
The Order Management System (OMS) allows you to order and monitor your PennNet phone orders online. With OMS, you can order new PennNet phones, make changes to your existing PennNet phones, view order details, and track the progress of your order.
Login to OMS (PennKey required).
All persons authorized to order telephone service must complete a 15 minute instructional video before using OMS. Training includes how to submit an order online as well as how to expedite completing an order by using templates. Templates allow you to set up basic information that you will use for every order, such as budget codes and building codes.
To register for OMS training, log into Knowledge Link with your PennKey and search for OMS. Please note that training validation can take up to 24 hours, so plan accordingly if you intend to immediately use OMS for your PennNet phone orders.
