Review Your Monthly Voice Statement

Four Good Reasons to Review your Voice Service Statement

  • Keep your phone location information accurate. (This info is reported to Public Safety on a nightly basis.)
  • Understand which voice services your organization uses.
  • Apply features to your already existing services that support and enhance your organization's business needs.
  • Save your organization money by getting rid of service you no longer use.

Getting Started

We recommend that you review your services one budget code at a time, particularly if your voice services bills are large. The first review may be a challenge, but once you have an understanding of the services you use, monthly or quarterly reviews of your bill should be a much simpler process.

  1. Review Phone Location Information
  2. Locate Tough to Find Phone Lines
  3. Correct Incorrect Line Locations
  4. Update Budget Code and Equipment Information
