Update Budget Code and Equipment Information

Step Four : Update Budget Code and Equipment Information is step four in a process to review your voice services monthly statements. Go to the Overview page for a summary of the full process.

Budget Code and Equipment information can also be easily updated by sending a spreadsheet of the correct information to ISC Billing.

• To update budget code information, send ISC Billing a spreadsheet with 3 columns:
  1. Phone Number
  2. Old Budget Code
  3. New Budget Code
     
     
• To update equipment information, send ISC Billing a spreadsheet with 2 columns:
  1. Phone Number
  2. Correct Phone Model/Equipment
