Telecommunication Services: Order Management System (OMS)

What is OMS?

The Order Management System (OMS) is a new web service that allows ISC customers to order PennNet Phone telephone services. Customers may order and monitor the progress of their PennNet Phone orders placed with ISC.

OMS is a web service that allows ISC customers to:

Monitor the progress of their orders throughout the installation process
Easily track the status of all orders placed with ISC
Increase the accuracy and completeness of orders provided to ISC
Stream-line communications regarding the ISC services requested

Accessing the Application

PennNet Phone Support Providers are eligible to use OMS once they have attended a one-hour OMS Training session. Training is offered the first Tuesday of every month. Please register for training at http://knowledgelink.upenn.edu and search for OMS.
