Telecommunication Services: Order Management System (OMS)
What is OMS?
The Order Management System (OMS) is a new web service that allows ISC customers to order PennNet Phone telephone services. Customers may order and monitor the progress of their PennNet Phone orders placed with ISC.
OMS is a web service that allows ISC customers to:
- Monitor the progress of their orders throughout the installation process
- Easily track the status of all orders placed with ISC
- Increase the accuracy and completeness of orders provided to ISC
- Stream-line communications regarding the ISC services requested
Accessing the Application
PennNet Phone Support Providers are eligible to use OMS once they have attended a one-hour OMS Training
session. Training is offered the first Tuesday of every month. Please register for training at http://knowledgelink.upenn.edu and search for OMS.
