Choosing your Service Level
Verizon Business Conferencing provides a number of teleconferencing service levels. ISC N&T recommends that most customers use the Instant Meeting service level for your basic teleconferencing needs. Deciding How Participants Access Conferences
Access types define how call participants enter into a teleconference as well as who provides financial support for the conference service.

| Dial Out Access |
- Verizon Business Conference Coordinator introduces each caller to meeting and stands by to provide further assistance, as needed.
- Available with Standard and Premier service levels only.

| 800 Meet Me Access |
- A 10-digit toll-free number (i.e. 800, 888, etc.) and passcode are given to all participants. This number connects all participants to the conference call.
- A Verizon Business Conference Coordinator is available throughout the call to monitor for problems and to provide assistance as requested.

| Toll Meet Me Access |
- Participants receive a 10-digit number (NOT toll-free) and passcode. This number connects all participants to the conference call.
- Charges are split between participants and the conference leader. Individual long-distance charges are billed by each participant's long-distance or local carrier for the exact duration of the call connection. The teleconference bridging minutes per participant and any chargeable features used during the conference call are billed to the conference leader.

Ideal for high-visibility meetings, including investor relations calls, global events, focus groups, and press conferences |
Offers highest level of support to assist you in implementing high profile conferences of any size. A Conference Coordinator or Meeting Manager works with you before and during the meeting and monitors the overall quality of the call. Depending on size and complexity of the call, additional Conference Coordinators and a Net Specialist may be assigned.

Ideal for regularly scheduled calls, such as medium to large internal employee meetings, project management, or team meetings |
Provides a Conference Coordinator to greet, announce, and place participants into the meeting. Coordinators will scan the conference to check for quality and then disconnect. Assistance is always available by pressing “*0”.
