After opening an account with Verizon and receiving the following information:

• An Authorization Code
• Your Instant Meeting subscription
• A reserved toll-free number
• Your leader and participant passcode.

To schedule the conference call, do the following:

• Instant Meeting
  Simply contact all conference participants to schedule a call and provide them with your toll-free number and participant passcode.
  
  
• Operator-Assisted or Reoccurring Calls
  Contact Verizon Business Conferencing at 800-475-5000 to schedule a call.
