PENN WEB TEAM TASK LISTS
Linked from the list below are the (preliminary) task lists for each
of five ongoing "streams" involved in operating and evolving the Penn Web.
Maintenance of the list for each stream is done by the leader(s)
for that stream. Priorities will be confirmed with the Penn Web Steering Committee.
More detailed information will be linked from many individual task
entries.
The divisions between streams are to some extent arbitrary. Specific tasks
may affect and involve more than one stream. But each task is assigned to
one stream for reporting purposes, with one person accountable. Stream leaders
and team members will cooperate informally, but we'll all know where to
bring or seek information about that task. Members of the Penn community
who want to contribute to a task should contact the stream leader or
the person accountable.
The final topic on the list below, Review of Penn Web, will cut across
the other streams and involve much of the team. The task list for this
item is maintained by the project manager.
