AirPennNet Support: Steps to Upgrade your Wireless Software

Mac users: No action is necessary.

Windows users: If your SecureW2 software is older than version 3.4.5, please be sure to upgrade. To upgrade while on campus, access the XpressConnect wizard either by selecting AirPennNet-Help from your computer’s wireless networks list and then launching a browser window or if you already have an Internet connection established visit http://airpennnet-help.net.isc.upenn.edu/.  Follow the on-screen instructions which will step you through the configuration process and will upgrade your SecureW2 software if necessary.
